EnVoyage Perfumes typically ships within three to four days upon receiving your order and payment.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Express orders take priority but we cannot guarantee same-day shipping. If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will hold your order until the items come in. If for any reason this takes more than three business days, we will notify you by email. Please allow for additional processing and shipping time during holiday seasons.
All prices displayed on this site are quoted in U.S. dollars.
We offer U.S Postal and UPS and also worldwide shipping.
If you are an international customer, please note that although worldwide first class is the least expensive shipping option, there is no tracking information, packages can sometimes arrive quickly, (6-10 days) but there is no guarantee - sometimes they can take up to 6 weeks. For these reasons, U.S Postal Priority may be a better option for you. Please also note that custom regulations and taxes can be different for every county. You may or may not have to pay customs taxes, so checking with your local post office about the procedure in your country is advised.
Guarantee
We guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition. If your product arrives broken or damaged due to shipping, and the content has not been opened, please contact us immediately at info@envoyageperfumes.com. All claims must be reported within 48 hours after receiving your merchandise. All claims subject to approval.
Returns
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our merchandise. This policy helps us maintain strict quality control guidelines and ensures that every item shipped is in 100% original condition.
