House of En Voyage's new release depicts the scent of a cultured, urban man

PRLog - Dec. 1, 2014 - SAN JOSE, Calif. -- The award winning House of En Voyage Perfumes has just released New York Man, EDP, a new fragrance for men and women.

New York Man was composed for The Peace, Love & Perfume Project.

Peace, Love & Perfume is an active Facebook community where 700 global perfume lovers congregate 24/7. The group was founded September, 2011 by Carlos Powell of Brooklyn, New York.

THE PROJECT

In the spirit of a celebration amongst friends, perfumers were invited to commemorate the Third Anniversary of Peace, Love & Perfume Facebook Group by creating a fragrance or fragrances according to the following creative brief:

Peace - an incense meditative perfume
Love - an animalic sexy perfume
Perfume - a classic cologne with a twist

“I wanted to make one singular perfume that would incorporate all elements of the brief, and that would give a nod to Carlos and the men of New York, stated Shelley Waddington, perfumer for En Voyage Perfumes.

“New York Man entwines meditative wafts of incense with rich musks and ambers, and City Lifestyle notes to represent that special New York Man who is everything a man should be; peaceful yet sexy and strong, ready for action, and secure enough to share his softer, sweeter side’, Waddington continued.

New York Man is an Animalic Woody/Aromatic fragrance and contains genuine musk, ambergris, and castoreum.

Peace Notes: Incense, Myrrh, Sandalwood, Smoke, Patchouli, Cannabis Flower, Natural Oudh, Resins
Love Notes: Sexy Animal Notes of Musk, Ambergris, Castoreum
Perfume/Cologne Notes: Citrus Notes, Fir and Cedar, Herbal Notes, Jasmine
Bonus Notes of Scotch and Cigars
